Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

Are you seeking a remote role in the engineering field? Selectek needs a Wireless Site Acquisition Specialist located in Southern California to work remotely. Candidates will be negotiating leases and occasionally traveling to local sites for zoning and permitting purposes.

Employment Type: Temp - Indefinite Contract
Expected Pay Range: $37.50-$40.85 per hour, based on experience and education, before conversion. 
Location: Southern California

Job Duties:
- Navigate the industry's Tower Owner portals and process
- Manage required purchase orders, check requests and obtain necessary documents
- Review and understand new jurisdictions, local ordinances, and zoning codes
- Take site through permitting and zoning
- Provide all site status updates via shared tracking program
- Negotiate rent and lease terms, prepare lease document package and submit finalized package

Job Requirements:
- Minimum three years of related experience
- Experience with new site builds
- Able to forecast and understand site acquisition processes

In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
