Selectek is seeking a Project Manager with Water Wastewater Experience in Indianapolis.

Responsibilities:
- Project management responsibilities including monitoring scope, budgeting, staffing and production of assigned water resources projects.
- Works with clients to pursue project funding through available funding agencies while following funding agency practices and policies.
- Prepare and contribute to portions of water resources project proposals, change orders, client contract and communication pertaining to specific projects.
- Generating water resources designs aligning with the most up to date design standards
- Research and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
- Completes design quantity computations and checks for opinions of probable construction cost.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
- 5 + years’ experience is designing water resource projects.
- 3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
- Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal design projects, etc.
- Experience with water treatment and/or wastewater treatment design, combined sewer overflow consolidated design, and municipal program management
- Preferred technical knowledge/ computer skills:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with various water resources software modeling packages
- Microsoft Office products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Adobe
