Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager with Water Wastewater Experience in either Indianapolis, IN.

Required:
  • Project management responsibilities including monitoring scope, budgeting, staffing and production of assigned water resources projects.
  • Works with clients to pursue project funding through available funding agencies while following funding agency practices and policies.
  • Prepare and contribute to portions of water resources project proposals, change orders, client contract and communication pertaining to specific projects.
  • Generating water resources designs aligning with the most up to date design standards
  • Research and prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
  • Completes design quantity computations and checks for opinions of probable construction cost.
  • Registered Professional Engineer in IN or KY or OH
Preferred:.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
  • 7+ years’ experience is designing water resource projects.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
  • Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal design projects, etc.
  • Experience with water treatment and/or wastewater treatment design, combined sewer overflow consolidated design, and municipal program management
Preferred:.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering degree from an ABET accredited program.
  • 7+ years’ experience is designing water resource projects.
  • 3+ years’ experience managing projects and leading project teams.
  • Background working on public sector design projects like INDOT/ODOT, county, and municipal design projects, etc.
  • Experience with water treatment and/or wastewater treatment design, combined sewer overflow consolidated design, and municipal program management
  • Preferred technical knowledge/ computer skills:
    • AutoCAD Civil 3D
    • Experience with various water resources software modeling packages
    • Microsoft Office products:  Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
    • Adobe
Location:  Indianapolis, IN
Duration:  Temp-to-hire
Pay:  $40-$50/hr.
