Water Resources Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for a Water Resources Engineer to start working with a client of ours in Tampa, FL as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for developing technical approaches and costing, analyzing field and modeling data, interpreting modeling results, and developing hydraulic design.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic or Civil Engineering.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in civil or hydraulic engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of Florida regulations, including Water Management Districts and the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (WMDs/FDEP).
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling and analysis, using tools such as HEC RAS, ICPR4, or XPSWMM.
  • Proven experience working with public utilities for potable water supply.
  • Project management experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of integrated surface water and groundwater modeling
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Pay Rate: $80k - $100k
Term: Direct Hire
Location: Santa Clara, CA 95051
