Job Description

A VDC/BIM Coordinator to provide 3D BIM support for current and new construction projects including modeling of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.

Required:
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience using BIM Processes and applications
  • Minimum 1 year of Experience in Project Management
  • Possess Revit and AutoCAD design experience. Extensive experience with BIM or 3D Modeling utilizing Revit, Autodesk Cloud Coordination, CAD MEP software solutions.
  • Understanding of the construction management process and SMACNA.
  • Experience with reading and understanding Blueprints/drawings.
  • Generate Navisworks files from CAD/Revit files for BIM coordination.
  • We’re looking for a professional that can plan, take ownership, solve problems, and adjust- and bring it all together!
  • Manage day to day VDC/BIM tasks like clash detection to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Attend coordination meetings with clients to resolve issues and build relationships.
  • Issue change orders and update project status in system.
  • Assist troubleshooting and resolving Revit/BIM application issues.

Job Responsibilities:
  • You will create Building Information Models (BIM) drawings from engineering documents, to support shop fabrication and field installation.
  • You will coordinate drawings and work closely with assigned Project Managers and clients.
Pay Range: $65k/yr. - $75k/yr.
