Job Description

Selectek is seeking a Utility Coordinator for a full-time role in Indianapolis, IN (46256). This position supports civil engineering projects by managing utility infrastructure coordination, permitting, and compliance activities.

Pay: $85K–$120K (Direct Hire or 6-Month TTP) | Hourly: $40.87–$57.69

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate utility-related activities with project managers, engineers, surveyors, municipalities, and utility providers
  • Ensure permitting and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Maintain accurate project records and schedules
  • Utilize GIS and AutoCAD for documentation and design coordination
Requirements:
  • BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Prior experience in utility coordination and permitting
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with utility infrastructure regulations and processes
