Selectek is seeking a Utility Coordinator for our partnering company in Indianapolis, IN. Candidates in this role will be coordinating with project managers to ensure all regulations and permitting processes are followed for utility infrastructure projects. 

Employment Type: Contract-to-Direct
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Expected Pay Range: $40.00-$60.00 per hour, based on certifications and experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00a-5:00p.  

Job Requirements: •    Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
•    Proficient with AutoCAD
•    Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience (will consider higher level and PE's as well) 
•    Knowledgeable about GIS applications
  In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.

Job Duties:
•    Proven experience in utility coordination within the civil engineering or construction industry.
•    Strong knowledge of utility infrastructure, regulations, and permitting processes.
•    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors to identify utility requirements for civil engineering projects.
•    Coordinate with utility companies, municipalities, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, clearances, and appro
•    Manage Records and Project schedules
•    Ensure all utility-related activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations and safety standards.
