Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Manager who has a strong background with floor and roof truss design, estimating, and construction. 

Required:
  • 10+ years of experience truss design (single family, multifamily, commercial, wall panel design [preferred], framing packages)
  • Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and construction drawings
  • Excellent math skills
  • Estimating and quoting experience
  • Experience managing others (2-3 in house employees / 2-3 remote employees) and checking their work.
  • Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules.  - critical
  • Ability to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule.
  • Able to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are met.
     

Sponsorship: No – need to be a U.S. Citizen or Greencard holder
Pay range: $38/hour - $50/hour ($80,000 - $104,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 6 months contract to hire (possible for direct hire)
Pay method when direct: Hourly
Location of job: Nashville, TN 37205
Hours and shift: Can flex some but core hours are 7AM - 4PM CDT
Working remote or from home: No 
Overtime expected: Occasional
Travel: None
Work attire: Business Casual
