Job Description

Selectek has a remote opportunity for a talented and experienced Tower Designer.  You'll play a vital role in supporting a turnkey professional services firm in the wireless industry.

You must be authorized to work for any employer in the USA to be considered.

What you'll do:
  • Leverage your expertise in AutoCAD to review carrier drawings and make amendments for equipment mounting on existing towers or land-based equipment.
  • Utilize your research skills to gather critical site information, including aerial imagery, local codes (zoning and building), and utility company data.
  • Take existing tower designs to the next level by modifying them and creating new conceptual drawings.
  • Share your knowledge and experience by mentoring junior team members.

What we're looking for:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience working with AutoCAD.
  • Solid experience in tower design principles and practices.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to effectively research and compile site information, ariel images, local codes/zoning codes and utility companies.
  • Experience in modifying existing drawings and creating new conceptual designs.

Bonus points if you have:
  • Experience working with AT&T carrier specifications.

Terms: 6-month contract to direct hire.
Rate: $27.88 – $30.77/hr. W2
