Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Telecom Construction Manager (Northborough, MA Market) responsible for the project's construction schedule, expenses, and quality and safety. This position also manages the resources performing the construction work including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor and subcontractor resources.

Required:

5 or more years of wireless construction experience
A valid driver’s license
Excellent oral and written communication skills
MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Day, night and weekend work in support of project completion
Active OSHA-30 Certification or greater is preferred
MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL (normal travel expenses are covered)

The ideal candidate must have current or recent AT&T experience with maintenance and building of AT&T cell sites in the Massachusetts market. The project is for the MCA project which consists of maintenance, repair, and replacement of AT&T components. This is a hybrid role where the CM will be working from home, the company’s office, and walking sites and managing general contractors / subcontractors as well as other CM responsibilities.

Job responsibilities:

Must maintain and enforce the company’s safety program, ensure daily job site safety plans are reviewed and followed, and stop work when unsafe work practices or conditions exist
Provides on-site analysis of ongoing specific construction projects; utilizing higher level construction managers or project managers for advice on changes in plans
Interface with the client's engineering team, as well as utilizing the company's engineering and management team for decisions
Installs the quality program for the company’s and subcontractors’ work, making certain all quality standards are up to customer specifications

Pay Range: $38.46/hour - $48.08/hour ($80,000 - $100,000)
Term of assignment: 6-month+ temp (long term role)
Location of Job: Northborough, MA
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday; 8AM – 5PM; flex on hours (open to starting as early as 6:30AM)
WFH: Field position
Remote: No
Overtime: Not much expected
Travel: Field position – 75%+
