Job Title: Telecom Construction Manager
Location: Charlottesville, VA
Are you a results-oriented and experienced Telecom Construction Manager ready to lead projects to successful completion in the VA Market?
We are seeking a dedicated Telecom Construction Manager to oversee project construction schedules, expenses, quality, and safety. In this role, you will manage resources, including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor/subcontractor resources.
About the Role:
  • Project Management: You will manage the construction schedule, expenses, quality, and safety of telecom projects.
  • Resource Management: You will manage resources performing construction work, including direct reporting staff, matrix staff, and vendor/subcontractor resources.
  • Schedule & Budget Oversight: You will ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality & Safety Assurance: You will maintain high standards of quality and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Communication & Coordination: You will communicate effectively with all stakeholders and coordinate with various teams to ensure project success.
Who You Are:
  • Experienced Manager: You have 4+ years of industry experience in telecom construction.
  • Strong Communicator: You possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Organized & Efficient: You have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Technically Proficient: You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Required Skills:
  • 4+ years of industry experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Clean Driving Record.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Engineering or technical degree.
Additional Info:
  • Term: This is a 6+ month contract position (high probability of extension past the 6-month mark).
  • Pay Rate: $45 per hour
