About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Telecom Construction Manager to support the MCA project, which involves the maintenance, repair, and replacement of AT&T tower components across the EPA Market. You’ll play a key role in coordinating subcontractors and general contractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are upheld, and driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

This position is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented leader with recent and extensive AT&T project experience, especially those with direct MCA project exposure.
Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily construction operations including scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety enforcement

  • Coordinate and lead subcontractors, general contractors, and internal construction teams

  • Walk and monitor sites, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications

  • Maintain and enforce job site safety plans, stopping work if unsafe conditions exist

  • Collaborate with the client’s engineering team and internal stakeholders for efficient project delivery

  • Track financials: manage POs, monitor spending, and reconcile subcontractor costs

  • Conduct subcontractor update calls and reporting

  • Review and interpret construction documentation including drawings, structural analyses, and engineering reports

  • Support close-out packages and financial reporting processes
Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of industry experience in telecom construction

  • Extensive and recent AT&T experience is required; MCA project experience is highly preferred

  • Tower-based construction expertise only (no fiber, OSP, or small cell)

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite – especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, large datasets)

  • Familiar with financial tracking, budget management, and subcontractor coordination

  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail and strong time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Engineering or technical degree is a plus
