Job Description

Selectek has partnered with a growing aviation client in the Indianapolis Metro area that is looking for a Systems Engineer  to design and analyze aircraft Systems to support Aircraft interior modifications (STC Projects)

•    BS Mechanical Aerospace, Mechanical, Aeronautical) Engineering, or or work experience
•   5 plus years performing design, analysis, substantiation, certification, drawing
       interpretation and project management
•    Design and analyze aircraft systems and components, typically in support of aircraft interior modifications (STC projects), including vacuum and water/waste, air conditioning, fire protection and oxygen systems  
•    Develop work instructions and airworthiness procedures
•    Travel 10% Domestic and Internationally
•    Airbus and Boeing experience 
•    Knowledge  of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs from Title 14 of Code of
       Federal Regulations
•    Knowledge and experience with FAA Supplement Type Certificate (STC)
      process, Structural Repair Manual (SRM), Aircraft Maintenance Manual
      (AMM), Illustrated Part Catalog (IPC)
•    AutoCAD and Inventor
