Job Description
Our client is hiring a Survey Project Manager to work on a variety of public and private sector projects. Recent and ongoing design projects include higher education, K-12, recreational, civic, transit, horizontal mixed-use and commercial.
This is a direct hire position.
The schedule consists of 3 days work from home and 2 days in the office.
Required:
Location: Austin, TX (78752)
Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM

Required:
- 2+ years of experience as a Survey Project Manager; 2+ years as a Project Surveyor/Coordinator
- Registration as a Professional Surveyor in Texas; RPLS
- Proficiency in project management, including preparation and negotiation of survey proposals.
- Desire to work with others in a team-oriented culture.
- Ability to communicate well with clients.
- Experience with Civil 3D and Microsoft Word & Excel
- You’ll have the opportunity to manage survey projects, engage with designers on public infrastructure and land development projects, working with our team of civil engineers, architects, and landscape architects.
