Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Survey CAD Technician to begin working with a great client of ours in the Winter Park, FL area immediately. This candidate will be responsible for creating and editing DWGs, layer properties, blocks and external references, annotations, annotative scale, text styles-fonts, create custom annotative scale using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Detailed understanding of As-Builts, Construction and Utility Surveys.
  • 2+ years of progressive professional land surveying experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD & Civil 3D
  • Solid understanding of ALTA, boundary, topo principles.
  • Must know how to read construction plans/drawings.
  • Ability to prioritize up to 4 different projects a day for As-Built drafting.
  • Detailed-oriented (Example: QA/QC by checking coordinate data from client and making sure correct snap precision are used in AutoCAD).
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Carlson CAD software

Pay Rate: $28/hr - $32/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Winter Park, FL 32789
