We have an immediate need for a Structural Lead Engineer in the Greenville, SC area. This is a direct hire opportunity.

Base Salary $90-$125K + potential Signing bonus.

Job Description:
  • Working with the structural team to deliver engineering solutions and construction documents on multiple projects, on budget and on schedule
  • Leading the firm’s post-tension structural design services, including sealing related construction documents
  • Coordinating structural team activities necessary to complete projects, including supervising and checking the work of structural designers and sub-consultants
  • Designing structural systems for multi-family, commercial, institutional, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Managing client projects as they pertain to structural work
  • Coordinating technical project requirements with project team members, including clients, project managers, designers, and engineers, as well as other disciplines
Required:
  • Minimum 5 years' engineering experience
  • B.S. degree in civil, structural, or related field of engineering
  • Professional Engineering licensure required, with ability to become licensed in multiple states
  • Experience with a variety of structural systems including steel, concrete, wood, and masonry
  • Post-tension and podium design experience required
  • High-rise design experience preferred
  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Preferred:
  • Structural Engineering (SE) licensure preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT preferred
This position would lead the Structural Engineering Department in Greenville, SC.
