Job Description
Our client is a global leading design firm. They are expanding their team and seeking 4 additional Structural Engineers to join their Remote team in Temple, Arizona.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance of Structural analysis and design for our projects.
- Develop design concepts, complete the analysis and design, and work with our Designers to get the structural requirements communicated on paper and in the model.
- Take responsibility for managing workload, make and keep commitments, and take full ownership of assigned work
- Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and quality control
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Structural Engineering
- Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with US building codes including IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, and AISC
Preferred:
- MS degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in structural engineering
- Professional Engineer License or able to obtain within 6 months
- Experience designing and analyzing traditional steel and concrete structures
- Experience in Semi-conductor industrial or general industrial facilities
- Experience with STAAD, Navisworks, and Bluebeam
Pay Rate:
- $35.97/hr. - $50.36/hr.
Schedule: (100% Remote)
- Monday- Friday (8 am- 5 pm)
