Job Description
We are looking for an experienced structural engineer in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Summary:
This role will be responsible for the design and implementation of process systems for semiconductor plants. Not only will they do the engineering work for design, but they will work closely with general contractors hired and the end client to ensure the Engineering process systems are implemented correctly.

Summary:
This role will be responsible for the design and implementation of process systems for semiconductor plants. Not only will they do the engineering work for design, but they will work closely with general contractors hired and the end client to ensure the Engineering process systems are implemented correctly.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design steel structural systems ranging from simple to complex for industrial and semiconductor facilities. Focus is equipment support and seismic design, including equipment anchorage, pipe/ductwork/conduit supports, access platform and stairway designs, and analysis of existing structures.
- Creation of construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
- Coordination with design team members in mechanical, electrical and other disciplines.
- Participation in client design review meetings and presentation of design strategies.
- Preparation of specifications and reports.
- BS Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 5 Plus years of Structural Engineering Design experience for advance technology facilities, semiconductors, or industrial facilities
- RISA Proficiency
- EIT, PE license preferred
