Born in Italy and raised in Georgia, Nadia Nkansah is an Account Manager at Selectek, specializing in engineering and technical recruiting. A graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in Exercise Science, she began her career in IT staffing and business development before transitioning into engineering recruiting and account management.
Nadia enjoys partnering with clients to understand their hiring goals and helping them identify top talent across engineering, architecture, manufacturing, data center, and other technical disciplines. She is passionate about building long-term relationships and serving as a trusted resource for both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Outside of work, Nadia enjoys volunteering in her community, traveling, hiking, attending live music events, DJing, watching reality TV, and spending time with family and friends.
