Structural Engineer 


Salary Range:
  • $65 – 100K, depending on experience 

Overview:
  • Develop structural designs and create or revise construction documents for residential projects, including roof framing, floor framing, foundation plans, and construction details.
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate schedules with the team.
  • Collaborate directly with Professional Engineers and Structural Drafters.
  • Review and redline your own drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
Requirements:
  • Completed Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an ABET Accredited Institution
  • Residential structural design experience, including single-family and multi-family homes, apartments, condominiums, townhomes, and accessory structures, preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred:
  • Experience with roof truss and floor joist layouts, preferred
