Job Description

Selectek is searching for a Structural Engineer to manage projects for commercial, retail, office, healthcare, and industrial clients in the Greenville, SC area.

Required:
    • Perform structural design calculations for wood, concrete, structural steel, and masonry structures
    • Manage assigned projects from schematic design through construction
    • Research code issues
    • Perform structural assessments and write technical reports
    • Review drawings supplied by vendors, clients, and engineers and architects and recommend necessary changes
    • BSCE or MSCE degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
    • +5 years’ experience
    • Licensed Professional Engineer – Preferred (open to EIT)
    • Experience with (RAM, Risa, Adapt, Revit.)
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
Job order details: They are looking for a Structural Engineer with 5 years of experience to come in and manage projects and perform calcs on wood, concrete, and steel structures.  They use RAM, RISA, and Revit. 
Pay range: $32/hour- $48/hour ($67,000 - $100,000 annual salary)
Term of assignment: 6 months temp to perm (could go direct)
Hours and shift: 8AM – 5PM Monday to Friday
Work from home/remote: no
Overtime expected: possible
Travel: none
Work attire: Business Casual
