Beka is originally from Virginia and graduated from Liberty University with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Originally unsure of what career path to choose with her education, she accepted a Technical Recruiting opportunity in Atlanta after graduating and has since found great fulfillment & meaning in this profession. While her recruiting journey started with an IT firm, she soon found and fell in love with the Engineering niche. Beka loves the real-world knowledge and application she is able to absorb on a daily basis through her conversations with candidates. She has a genuine desire to connect with others and works diligently to pursue and build meaningful relationships. Apart from her job, Beka enjoys listening to audio books, visiting family and baking.
