Job Description

We have an immediate need for a Structural Engineer in
Charlotte, NC.

Job Duties:
  • Work on a wide range of new and existing building design projects including but not limited to: Commercial, Retail, Government, Hospitality, Education, Multi-Family and Historic.
  • Work within a team structure on larger projects and also manage projects.
  • Engineering analysis and design of new and existing structures.
Required:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering design.
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil, Structural or Architectural Engineering
  • Experience with a variety of design and modeling programs including Bentley products (RAM Steel, RAM Concept, Elements etc)
  • Must have experience with Building Envelope and waterproofing
  • Must have experience designing with a variety of materials including steel, concrete, masonry, wood, and familiarity with applicable codes (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.).
  • Versatility and the ability to work on several projects simultaneously are necessary
Preferred:
  • EIT or PE Certification
Salary:  $90-$130K
Location:  Charlotte, NC
Duration:  Permanent
