Job Description

We are looking for a Structural Engineer to start working with a client of ours in Alexandria, VA as soon as possible. This candidate will responsible for working on AT FP (Anti Terrorism/Force Protection) projects.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE) with a focus on Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
  • Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification with the potential to achieve Professional Engineer (PE) status
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and current structural engineering design software
  • Experience with Bluebeam
  • Capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Eager to embrace challenges and acquire new skills
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  •  Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Experience in AT FP (anti terrorism/force protection)
  • PE in VA or DC
  • Federal and military project experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Ajera

Pay Rate: $36/hr - $55/hr
Term: 6 months contract to hire
Location: Alexandria, VA 22312
