Job Description


We have an immediate need for a Structural Designer in Dothan, AL OR our Jacksonville, FL office.

This is a contract-to-direct opportunity and expected to be permanent within 6 months. 

Starting pay is based on relevant experience and/or education and estimated to be 38-50/HR + some available OT.

You are expected to be available for a minimum of 40 hours per week and be able to work fairly independently.

Job description:
  • Design of Industrial Projects involving concrete and steel.
  • Using CAD Software such as AutoCAD and/or AutoCad Plant 3D to do foundation drawings, space sizing of rebar and other project-related design functions.

Required:
  • Minimum 3 Years of Structural Design experience 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD OR AutoCAD Plant 3D
  • Understand preliminary steel sizing
  • Understand spacing size of rebar
  • Industrial Design experience with Concrete or Steel. 
     

Preferred:
  • Concrete and steel project experience is highly preferred
