Job Description

We’re hiring a Structural Design Engineer to join a dynamic team supporting major steel erection projects across the U.S. This is a direct hire role focused on performing structural analysis for temporary and staged conditions on complex commercial structures.

Pay: $70K–$90K (based on experience)
Location: Remote (Eastern/Central Time preferred) or hybrid in Atlanta, GA (30339)
Schedule: Full-time, flexible 8-hour days, Monday–Friday
Travel: Minimal

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis of steel structures using SAP2000 by CSI Industries
  • Support erection planning, sequencing, and constructability strategies
  • Coordinate with engineers, erectors, and site teams to ensure safe installation
  • Contribute directly to modeling and analysis of temporary/staged conditions
Must-Haves:
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering with a structural focus
  • 3+ years of experience in structural modeling & analysis
  • Expertise in SAP2000 (no exceptions)
  • Hands-on mindset with a passion for production work
Nice to Have:
  • Master’s degree
  • Revit proficiency
