Tulsa, OK | Full-Time | Direct Hire

A well-established and growing structural engineering firm in Tulsa is seeking a Structural Design Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join their collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is a direct-hire opportunity with strong long-term potential, excellent benefits, and the chance to contribute to high-profile commercial and institutional projects across the region.

About the Role
The Structural Design Engineer will:
  • Collaborate with licensed engineers to develop detailed engineering drawings and calculations
  • Assist with construction administration, including site observations and field coordination
  • Apply practical, timely, and innovative solutions that inspire client confidence
You’ll work on a wide variety of impactful projects, including:
  • Hospitals & medical facilities
  • K-12 and higher education campuses
  • Biotech and R&D centers
  • Commercial, industrial, and corporate buildings
  • Sports, recreation, and arts centers
  • Parking structures and more

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • 3–8 years of structural design experience (commercial project focus required)
  • Working knowledge of Revit (academic or professional experience)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • No sponsorship available

Please note: We are not considering candidates with a background exclusively in bridge, telecom, tower, or antenna engineering for this role.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: ~ +/- $75,000–$100,000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible start between 7:00–9:00 AM
  • Work Environment: 100% in-office (Downtown Tulsa)
  • Travel: Minimal, as needed
