Job Description
Our client in Schwenksville, PA is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with experience in construction management or with leading a team of project managers.

Job Responsibilities:
Payrate: $36.00 - $48.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Term:Â 6 Months Contract to Direct Hire

Required:
- Experience in the construction industry
- Previous experience managing a small team
- Knowledge of standard construction RFIs
- Knowledge of AIA billing standards
- Knowledge of change orders
- Excellent blueprint reading skills
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the project management team
- Review drawings to ensure quality
- Manage project schedules internally and with client
- Perform AIA end-of-month billing
- Create and review change orders
- Review submittals
- Review team members’ work
- Schedule projects for team members
- Meet with the owner on a weekly basis
- Effectively manage your own projects
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Maintain a professional work environment
