Job Description

Selectek is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer with a PE license to join a growing engineering firm in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Commercial, Institutional, or Healthcare projects, specifically in low-voltage systems. Proficiency in Revit and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Revit for design work in the development of electrical systems.
  • Design electrical systems for healthcare, commercial, or institutional projects, with a focus on low voltage applications.
  • Develop power distribution and lighting designs for commercial and healthcare buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-quality electrical engineering solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers as needed.
  • Contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Revit.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience in the design of power distribution and lighting for commercial/healthcare buildings.
  • Strong technical skills in low voltage systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BS Electrical Engineer).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Pay Range:
  • $110,000 - $140,000
Shift and Hours:
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8 am - 5 pm
