We're seeking a highly motivated Site Acquisition Specialist to join a Telecom Infrastructure and Maintenance company in the San Diego and Los Angeles markets. You'll play a key role in securing sites for new cell towers and modifications, ensuring our network keeps pace with growing demand.

Here's what you'll do:
  • Source and qualify potential cell tower sites
  • Negotiate leases with property owners
  • Manage tower owner applications and permitting processes
  • Oversee zoning and permitting for new builds and modifications
  • Forecast and streamline Site Acquisition processes

You're a perfect fit if you have:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Site Acquisition
  • Experience with new site builds (search rings)
  • Strong understanding of SAQ workflows for new builds and modifications
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced projects
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to travel occasionally (as needed)
  • US Citizenship or eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
