A top-tier telecom infrastructure firm is actively seeking two (2) Site Acquisition Specialists to support high-visibility AT&T projects in the Virginia market. These roles are fully remote, but candidates based in Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
We’re looking for professionals with New Site Build (NSB) and Multi-Carrier Add (MCA) experience who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end SAQ activities: site selection, leasing, zoning, permitting.
  • Handle large volumes of modification and new build projects simultaneously.
  • Navigate and submit applications through major tower owner portals (e.g., Crown Castle, SBA, American Tower).
  • Understand and apply local zoning codes, ordinances, and jurisdictional processes.
  • Negotiate lease terms with landowners; draft and submit lease packages.
  • Provide accurate weekly status reports via market-specific trackers.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
  • Occasional travel may be required for site or client visits.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of telecom site acquisition experience (including NSB/MCA).
  • Experience forecasting and managing full-lifecycle SAQ activities.
  • Familiar with tower loading review, lease packages, and permitting.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Must pass a 7-year background check and 10-panel drug test (no exceptions for marijuana).
  • Must complete mandatory company certifications upon onboarding.
