Selectek is seeking an experienced Site Acquisition Project Manager (SAPM) to oversee wireless site development projects. The SAPM will apply project management expertise to supervise staff processes and procedures, manage client relations, maintain schedules, ensure deliverables, and uphold quality performance. This senior position requires a proactive leader who can inspire a highly interdependent team and contribute significantly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative activities for single or multiple wireless site development projects.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and guide leasing and zoning specialists; conduct weekly one-on-one meetings to review individual site progress.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary client contact; build and maintain superior client relationships.
  • Scheduling and Reporting: Coordinate accurate, up-to-date reporting of project status, scheduling, and planning.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards.
  • Site Selection and Negotiation: Manage site selection from a real estate perspective while coordinating with Design, Zoning, RF Engineering, and Construction Management teams.
  • Documentation: Assist in developing master real estate agreements, including lease documents, option agreements, and letters of authorization.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project financials, including managing billing and receivable processes.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other managers, consultants, and contractors to ensure quality performance.
  • Travel: Travel to sites and work in client-designated areas as required.
  • Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism while actively participating in project, deployment, and client meetings.
  • Team Building: Foster a positive, committed team environment that understands the impact of their efforts on the overall business.
Qualifications
Required:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the wireless industry with previous project management responsibilities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication skills, including prompt email responses and the ability to explain issues clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a highly interdependent team of individual contributors.
  • Highly organized and disciplined with proven time management skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
  • U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Preferred:
  • Prior experience with AT&T wireless projects.
  • Real Estate license.
  • Thorough understanding and experience completing both new build (NSB) and site modification projects for wireless sites.
  • Recent Macro Project Management experience.
  • Candidates located in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana within the Central Time Zone.

Location: Remote (Candidates must be located in the Central Time Zone, preferably in Illinois, Wisconsin, or Indiana)

Salary: Up to $100,000 per year
