Job Description


Selectek is looking for a Service/Help Desk Admin to be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining Windows desktops, Laptops and other equipment in Birmingham AL
Required:
  • Certification – Microsoft 365  – Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-100 and Md-101 exams)
  • Certification – CompTIA+ must have
  • Provide level 1 and 2 support in house and remote employees.
  • Track and document issues using a ticketing systems.
  • Troubleshoot all computer issues.
  • Install, configure, and trouble shoot Hardware as well as software (Microsoft office suite, Adobe, etc)
Preferred:
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in IT
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • Flexible and able to work weekends as needed.
