Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Senior Civil Project Manager with a PE  to lead a team in the Residential Land Development sector

The position is in Raleigh NC
 
  • Direct responsibility for projects, and leading a team in the development of plans and specifications, for commercial, mixed-use, multi-family, residential and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers, and other miscellaneous items
  • Perform drainage design and ICPR modeling
  • Permit projects through local and state regulatory agencies
  • Act as a point of contact for clients
  • Responsible for project management, reporting, and client invoicing
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Registered PE in North Carolina
  • 10 years + of related experience
  • Strong computer skills, including hydrology and hydraulic modeling
  • Land/Site development design & project management experience
  • Local design and permitting experience
  • Experience working on residential
