Job Description
A Senior Project Manager who is an experienced Engineer or Designer that has primary responsibility for successfully executing multiple projects simultaneously and higher risk projects which are large and/or complex.

- BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 5 years of demonstrated experience with electrical/mechanical engineering projects in the building and construction or facilities engineering industries.
- A valid federally compliant Ohio driver’s license and driving record are both required.
- Responsible for the development of project estimates and budgets that assure profitability of the project and satisfaction of client requirements.
- Responsible for the oversight of their team’s development of detailed project plans that ensure direct labor multiplier according to the estimate, on-time project completion and with the Sr. Engineer assigned to the project, the quality of the product.
- Responsible for maintaining customer contact.
- Responsible for the activities and results of the project staff.
- Responsible for engaging in selling activities.
- Company’s clients build projects in many / most states.
- Maintains a working knowledge of company’s ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), word processing, spreadsheet, e-mail programs, team collaboration software in use in the office.
- Travel is occasionally required and may be required of the Project Manager. Some of this travel will require overnight, or on occasions, several days away from the Project Manager’s place of primary residence. Customary travel expenses will be paid by the Company with appropriate expense reporting as may be required at the time.
