Job Description


We are looking for a  Senior Project Manager with Residential Land Development experience in the Metro Atlanta area.

This is a contract to direct opportunity.

Required:
  • Manage land development project preparing due diligence studies and site planning
  • Experience Designing grading/drainage, water/wastewater systems, storm water detention facilities
  • Proficient Autocad and Civil 3D
  • Ability to manage multi projects
  • BS Civil Engineer Degree
  • Professional Engineer
  • 7 plus years of experience in Land Development
