Job Description
Our client in Avilla, IN is looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer with a background in machine design.
Required:
Term: 6 month Contract to Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $33.65 - $43.27 per hour (depending on experience)

Required:
- Project Manager backgroundÂ
- Opportunity to mentor junior engineer and move into management
- Design and develop technical models, solutions, and solid models using SolidWorks
- Support and Develop bill of materials
- Convert rough sketches, mark-ups and verbal information to 3D models and drawings
- Support the construction of the project through manufacturing, assembly, and runoff
- Provide technical support for sales and customers
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 8 plus years’ experience with the machine design
