Job Title: Senior Estimator
Location: Lewisville, TX
Salary Range: ~ +/- $100,000 – $120,000/year DOE
Type: Full-time, Permanent | offering great benefits

We’re Hiring a Senior Estimator!
Join our client’s growing team as a Senior Estimator, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of mission-critical infrastructure projects like data centers and advanced manufacturing facilities. This position will allow you to utilize your estimation expertise and work independently in a fast-paced environment with Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, RFPs, and other documentation to prepare material quotes, direct costs, and labor estimates.
  • Review engineers’ plans and collaborate on high-profile building automation projects.
  • Provide detailed take-offs from P&IDs for process and mechanical systems.
  • Estimate costs from 30%, 60%, and 90% design stages, ensuring accuracy at all levels.
  • Work with internal teams, clients, and vendors to resolve estimation issues and finalize project bids.
  • Use Excel and estimating tools to compile accurate, competitive cost estimates.

Required Qualifications:
  • Experienced knowledge of Building Automation or Facility Control Systems for Data Centers or Advanced Manufacturing projects.
  • Proficient in HVAC Control Applications and ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
  • Knowledge of PLC, DCS Systems, and Control Valve Products.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and pdf applications such as Bluebeam and Adobe.
  • Engineering Degree or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with concrete or masonry work is a plus.
