Senior Drafter/Job Captain

Selectek has a contract-to-hire opportunity with an Architectural Firm for a Senior Drafter/Job Captain in Philadelphia, PA to collaborate with the Project Manager in creating high-quality construction documents efficiently and profitably.

Highlights:
- 4-day workweek
- Hybrid schedule

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and manual drafting techniques to produce construction documents following established guidelines.
- Adhere to project standards and applicable guidelines.
- Translate verbal and written instructions from the Job Captain or Project Manager into finished products or documents.
- Draft specification changes as required.
- Proofread and review own work for accuracy.
- Generate architectural plans and graphics.

Requirements:
- Associate of Drafting/Design.
- 3-8 years of experience in single-family and/or multi-family residential architectural design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Revit.
