Job Description

Direct, Full-Time Hire *Senior Control Panel Designer* career opportunity with a Multinational Plant Equipment Manufacturer!
  • Location: Plymouth, MN 55441
  • Term: Direct Hire
  • Salary: ~ $70K–$90K/yr
  • Hours: 8-5 M-F CST
  • Travel: Up to 30% (Primarily local / Domestic and Canada)
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Reason for Opening: Increased workload
Responsibilities:
  • Design motor/control cabinets per customer requirements and standards.
  • Create electrical schematics and layouts using ECAD systems.
  • Prepare and submit project specifications/documentation.
  • Resolve issues during design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning.
  • Track project schedules and manage budgets.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience with ECAD systems (Eplan, AutoCAD).
  • Experience in cabinet layouts and knowledge of UL 508A is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
