Job Description

Selectek is searching for a License Senior Project Manager Architect in Greenville SC to lead projects in all phases of development.

Preferred:
  • Apply your management experience to lead a team through all phases of projects.
  • Initiate and lead internal plan reviews and design approvals.
  • Research, evaluate code and select construction materials and building system; writing specifications.
  • Lead construction contract administration activities, including site observations and field reports.
  • Lead client meetings to establish project scope and budget, develop space programs and lead through all phases of design.
  • Analyze contractor estimates and pricing, leading efforts to modify project scope and deliverables to meet client expectations.
  • Effectively communicate to build positive relationships with your team, clients, consultants, and contractors.
 
Required:
  • A Master’s or Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution is required as well as licensing/registration and NCARB certificate. 
  • A minimum of eight (8) years hands-on leadership experience managing project teams and producing design and construction documents, as well as performing construction phase services. 
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office products are required. 
  • Proficiency in Lumion software or other equivalent rendering software is preferred.
  • Must support the firm’s growth initiatives.

Kim grew up in Conyers, Ga and is a graduate of Georgia State University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Education.

She started her career selling capital equipment for hotels, nursing homes, coin laundries and dry-cleaning plants.  After 14 years she decided to be a stay-at-home mom and raise her three beautiful daughters.

In 2010, Kim started a new career in Engineering/Technical recruiting and fell in love with it.  During this time Kim has trained new employees, recruited internally, and worked as a full desk recruiter.  Kim finds the most enjoyment from working with clients to solve their problems.

In 2020, Kim found her forever home at Selectek, Inc. as an Account Manager.  When Kim is not helping clients, she is spending time with her husband Jim and three daughters.  She loves spending weekends at the lake.
