Position Overview:
Selectek is seeking a Scoping Project Coordinator to support the Project Manager by maintaining document control, managing databases, tracking project activities, and coordinating team communications. This role ensures that project goals are accomplished within the designated time frame and budget parameters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain document control and manage electronic project files.
  • Track project activities and team communications to ensure timely completion.
  • Manage and update project trackers and client tracking databases.
  • Work with the team and customer to manage RFDS databases.
  • Pull and upload project-related documents into databases.
  • Attend weekly and daily deployment meetings.
  • Stay informed about project statuses at all times.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of project administration experience, preferably 1+ years in telecom project coordination in the wireless telecommunications industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (specialized training or education may substitute part of the experience).
  • Strong background in data analytics and data entry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • AT&T Project Scoping Coordination experience.
  • Experience in wireless telecom project coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience maintaining organized and accurate project records and files.
