Job Description


We have an opening for a Roadway Design Engineer in Chamblee, GA.

Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Microstation
  • Targeting a minimum of 5-15 years' experience
  • Ability to obtain a PE license
  • GDOT experience, Georgia Department of Transportation (must)
  • Ability to manage projects and assist in team leadership
  • Open to BOTH JR and/or SR person

 

Job Order Details:

Candidate will utilize Microstation and Inroads for design on roads and highways for GDOT and municipality projects.  This may include conceptual as well as modification of current designs. This role will perform and check calculations and will work to learn GDOT standards, policies, and procedures - if not already known.  This person will also need to be strong in project management and be able to assist in leadership of the team.
