Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Roadway Design Engineer to begin working with a great client of ours in the Garner, NC area immediately. This candidate will help with specs, costs, and bid packages. It is highly preferred that this candidate has DOT experience in either OH or NC.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Design Roadway projects from concept to final design
  • Develop specifications, cost estimates, and prepare bid packages.
  • Work and coordinate design activities with design staff, subcontractors, and clients
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • 4+ years of roadway design experience in NC or OH
  • NCDOT OR ODOT experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • Knowledge of Civil 3d, Geopak, MicroStation, Open Roads cad software

Pay Rate: $40.87/hr -- $57.69/hr
Term: 6 months temp to perm
Location: Garner, NC 27529
