Job Description

We are looking for a Right of Way Engineering Technician to start working with a client of ours in Indianapolis, IN as soon as possible. This candidate will be responsible for developing/maintaining right-of-way plans and associate documents.

Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Required by Client
  • Must have a PLS – License in Indiana
  • 5 plus years of experience with Right-of-Way
  • Provide right-of-way information as may be required in the performance of appraisals, surveys, and title agency functions
  • Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred by Client
  • Working knowledge of the filing systems, county deed filing, recording procedures, computer systems, applicable software, and highway construction and familiarity with title search, policy information, and use of basic office machines and equipment
  • CAD Skills

Pay Rate: $75k - $85k
Term: Direct Hire
