Our client is a leader in the utility industry and has a need to hire a Right of Way Agent to assist with their departments growing needs.

Summary:
The primary responsibility will be to negotiate with land owners to acquire right of way and provide support for distribution easement acquisition.
Job Duties:
Pay:Â $30-$40/hr.
Location:Â Talladega, AL
Duration:Â 9 months

Job Duties:
- Display the ability to effectively and professionally negotiate for land rights with property owners.
- Display the ability to be ale to assemble and correctly completed documentation necessary in support of land rights acquisition.
- Locate and retrieve the necessary documentation in the county courthouse to determine legal property ownership (title research) and/or use internet tools to do the same when available.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3 plus years negotiating land rights with property owners
- Word/Excel Proficiency
- Bachelor’s Degree
Pay:Â $30-$40/hr.
Location:Â Talladega, AL
Duration:Â 9 months
