Selectek is seeking a Residential Architectural Drafter to work for a reputable residentail home builder and architectural firm.
$30K/yr
Responsibilities:
- Create Construction Drawings: (elevations, roof plans, wall sections, interior details and other elements of single family homes)
- Plan Maintenance: Adjustments to existing master drawings based on field changes
- Red Line Change based on adjustments requested by Engineers, Architects, and City Officials/Ordinances.
- Creating Brochures used for display purposes (elevations, renderings etc.)
Required:
- Two Year Degree with an emphasis on Residential Architectural Drafting or Bachelor' s degree in Architecture
- AutoCAD
- Residential Architectural Drafting exp.
