As a remote member of our workforce, you'll collaborate with like-minded professionals and play a crucial role in developing and maintaining 3D BIM models that shape the future of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Craft and maintain detailed BIM models throughout various project phases, ensuring accuracy, functionality, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with architects, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, and electrical engineers to coordinate design efforts and deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Utilize your expertise in Revit and Navisworks to detect potential clashes and conflicts, proactively resolving issues to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Generate comprehensive BIM deliverables, including schedules and material takeoffs, to facilitate smooth project management.
  • Employ your BIM 400-500 modeling experience to bring complex concepts to life, translating ideas into sophisticated, functional designs.
  • Leverage your proficiency in Dynamo or Python to streamline processes and enhance the efficiency of model development and modification.
  • Communicate effectively through both written and oral channels, ensuring that project requirements and updates are conveyed accurately to the team.
Qualifications:
  • A strong foundation in Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with the ability to navigate and manipulate complex 3D models.
  • Experience coordinating designs across multiple departments and disciplines.
  • Demonstrated skill in identifying and resolving clashes and conflicts using Navisworks.
  • Preferred: An associate degree in design or drafting (2-year program).
  • Preferred: A minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with BIM 400-500 modeling techniques.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Dynamo or Python scripting for enhanced workflow automation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
