Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Land Surveyor for a full-time role with a reputable civil land development firm in Alpharetta, GA (30009). This is a key opportunity to join a growing team with long-term stability and growth potential.
 
  • Pay: $32–$41/hr | Direct Hire: $70K–$135K (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Term: 6-Month Temp-to-Perm or Direct Hire
Role Highlights:
  • Conduct precise land measurements and boundary surveys using modern survey tools and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Produce maps, 3D renderings, and legal documentation for topographical and property features
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and construction professionals
  • Research historical records and resolve boundary line questions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Surveying or Civil Engineering
  • Active RLS (Registered Land Surveyor) License
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
