Job Description

Selectek is looking for a Quality Leader to drive continuous growth in ensuring customer satisfaction by driving corrective actions and ensuring processes are robust.  You will enjoy working in an international environment with daily worldwide connected activities, various plants, and development center connections.

Required:
  • BS degree in engineering, with manufacturing environment background
  • Experience with RMA, Corrective Actions and Warranty
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Forward thinking

Job Responsibilities:
  • Assembly
    • Develop & maintain APQP documents
    • Analyze scrap and related customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions
    • Train operators in quality requirements and tools
    • Conduct internal quality & process audits
    • Issue assembly quality reports
    • ACOD setup, analysis, reporting and training of all concerned employees
    • Manage transverse projects to develop best practices
    • Support manufacturing engineers in the development of Poke Yokes
    • Other tasks as assigned.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Define in conjunction with local management the yearly deployment plan for quality basics and QRQC.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement within the plant and propose priorities to local managers.
    • Train the local team about quality basics and QRQC. This includes preparing, performing, and following-up on training
    • sessions.
    • Identify and deploy the plant best practices and lessons learned and share these elements with the Group.
    • Other tasks as assigned.

Sponsorship: No
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000
Term of assignment: Direct Hire
WFH/Remote: No
Hours & Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Overtime: Some on occasion
Travel: No
Work Attire: Business Casual
